A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date for your event. Events are reserved and are scheduled on a first-DEPOSIT basis .We CANNOT hold a date and time without a Deposit!!!! The remaining balance is due upon arrival.


DEPOSIT: Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, transfers must be made no later than 15 days prior to event date.Events that are canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be billed the full amount.

 

We gladly accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) or cash. Final payment must be received upon arrival.


VIDEO GAMES 2U will arrive a few minutes prior to your event to set up. Additional time spent beyond the standard set up time waiting for vehicles to move, or parking VIDEO GAMES 2U at a location will go against the booked time.

 

It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue location will accommodate The VIDEO GAMES 2U and space is reserved. We suggest a level and flat space of 50 feet long(equivalent to about 4 car lengths) and 13 feet high.

 

Games: The client is responsible for approving the video game selection (titles) and or ratings that are appropriate for the event attendees.
